A life spared, a totaled car or two

A few years ago, my sister was in a no-fault car accident.    Her beautiful new Mustang convertible was totaled.   Kim hadn’t been in many accidents.  And this one really bothered her, as the car had been a surprise gift from her husband.

She opted, at the time, not to replace the car with another convertible, simply buying a used Honda.  She had been driving that until recently.

A couple of months ago, God opened up a door for her to buy another Mustang, another convertible…

Remembering Pat

We celebrate your life!

Last night, heaven welcomed a very special woman named Pat. She loved the Lord more than life itself.

At age 53, that evil demon cancer scooped in and attacked her brain. But I can tell you this … Pat lived every day to its fullest!

It was just too soon … just too soon…

Whazzup for the holiday weekend?

Oh, how I’m counting down to the long weekend.   I don’t know about you, but I’m thinking about it WAY too much.   Our weekend will wrap up with an outdoor baptism at the UC (weather permitting, of course).

So what is YOUR plan for the weekend?  Inquiring minds want to know!
